These are some easy to make salad dressings, change ingredients according to your preference.
Simple Dressing (on salad)
Ingredients:
2 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions:
Pour olive oil and lemon juice over salad and toss to combine. Add salt and black pepper, toss again and your salad is ready to be eaten.
Grapefruit Mustard Dressing
Ingredients:
Juice of half grapefruit
1/4 cup olive oil
1 tablespoon agave or maple syrup
1 tablespoon mustard powder
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a glass jar and shake until well mix or blend lightly.
Mango Chilli Dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 cup mangoes chopped or (1/4 cup mango puree)
1 tablespoon chilli flakes
1 tablespoon dried herbs (oregano, thyme, parsley, basil)
1 teaspoon lime juice
a small pinch of salt
Instructions:
Combine ingredients in a blender and lightly blend until smooth.
Sweet Mango Dressing
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped (2 cups)
1 tablespoon lime juice
3 tablespoons filtered water
1 tablespoon grapeseed oil (or another oil of preference)
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (optional)
Instructions:
Mix all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
Pepper Onion Dressing
Ingredients:
1/2 cup chopped mixed peppers
1 tablespoon chopped spring onions
1/2 cup filtered water
1 tablespoon dried pepper flakes (cayenne or chilli)
1/8 teaspoon sea salt
1 teaspoon maple syrup or agave
1 teaspoon dried herbs
1 tablespoon fresh cilantro chopped
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor until smooth.
Avocado Dressing
Ingredients:
1 whole large avocado
1 stalk spring onion (chopped)
1/2 tablespoon fresh lime or lemon juice
3 tablespoons olive oil or avocado oil
1/4 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 cup Water
Instructions:
Combine onion, avocado, lime or lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper in a blender and food processor until smooth. Add water to thin the dressing, blend until reaches desired consistency.
Keep remaining dressing in airtight glass jar and use with 4 days.
