Vegan Banana Ice Cream Smoothie

To satisfy my ‘sweet tooth’, I recently made this smoothie/ice cream – I call it ‘smoothie/ice cream’ because it was a very thick smoothie and less water could have been added to make it more of an ice cream consistency. It was really delicious and I hope you enjoy yours as much as I did.


2 Bananas, sliced and frozen
1 Handful Raisins (Soaked in water for at least 2 hours)
1 Tablespoon Nut Butter
1 Cup Water (or Nut Milk)
1/2 Teaspoon Mixed Spice


1. Put all in a blender and blend until smooth. You may add more water or less water depending on how thick or thin you want it to be.
2. Serve as is or put in freezer to harden a bit more.
