Seamoss Breakfast Shake

Irish moss (Sea moss) drink

4 tbsp of almond butter
1 cup of maple syrup
3 cups of almond milk
3 tsp of vanilla extract
2 tsp of cinnamon
1 tsp of seamoss
3-4 cups of water

– Blend hot water and seamoss.
– Add almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, vanilla extract and almond milk.
– Blend until smooth and serve
