Hi. For the chelation 2 how do you use the pao periera ingredient? Can I grind it? Or do i need to boil it first? Thanks. David

    1. Ital Is Vital says:

      Hi David,
If you’re making capsules don’t boil it or any of the other ingredients. Grind them to powder form. Use 1 part of each herb. If you’re making a decocotion then you will boil.

    HI,
I WANT TO CREATE THE ESTRO FORMULA, DO WE USE EQUAL PARTS OF ALL HERBS? IS THERE ANYTHING SPECIFIC I SHOULD BE DOING AS FAR AS MEASUREMENTS?

  4. [email protected] says:

I WANT TO CREATE THE OLD ESTRO FORMULA IS THERE ANY PROOF THAT ONE WORKS BETTER THAN THE OTHER?

    1. Ital Is Vital says:

Hi there, I don’t know what Dr Sebi’s exact proportions are. I mainly use 1 part each, except for where I want to increase the benefits of a specific herb. I would say use 1 part each, except for Senecio, I would use less of that as it is known to be potent – maybe 1/4th at first. I hope that helps. I am also making a change to that list.

    Hi Julie,
your website has really helped me on my journey to health. Thank you so much. I want to make the Celation 1, as it says 2tbsp a day, do you know if I should I make a strong decoction with it, or a syrup maybe? What method and proportions you would use?

Hi Dee-Dee, thanks for visiting. I would suggest a strong decoction. I will soon have more information up on suggestions of how to make it.

Hello! I am new to all of this wonderful information, and have a couple of questions at the moment. What is the difference between the new and the old formulas (besides the adding or removing)? Now, on the formulas, are the ingredients equal amounts (where not mentioned)? How long to take them and how often? (For example: take 5 days, break for 3 days…)
I am trying to gathering as much information as possible so I can make these formulas myself. I appreciate everyone that is like-minded and willing to help each other out.
    Thanks for your help!

    1. Julian Gooden says:

      Hi Crizza,
Dr Sebi said one of the reasons the formula changes is because he was always looking to improve on what he had so I assume that will likely stand. For the formulas, the proportion of herbs used is not listed but for one could use 1 part each. Dr Sebi’s general formulas are relatively safe for using over longer periods but I can’t tell you how long to take them, a lot depends on your health condition.
      Love and blessings 🙂
