Ingredients
2 slices bread
4 – 6 leaves gem lettuce
4 cherry tomatoes
2 tsp peanut butter
1. Spread peanut butter on one side of a slice of bread.
2. Place 2 – 3 lettuce leaves on top.
3. Slice tomatoes and place them on top.
4. Put the other lettuce on top tomatoes.
5. Place the other slice of bread on top.
6. Slice in two and you’re ready to eat.
This is an easy peasy recipe for someone who likes peanut butter and usually just eat it bread only. Trt something different…make it a bit healthier. Also great for someone on a transition diet.
