Amenorrhoea (or Amenorrhea) is the absence of one’s menstrual period. There are times in a woman’s life when it is considered ‘normal’ for her to not have a period such as during pregnancy, menopause, and breastfeeding. Some women, however, may lose their period outside of what is considered ‘normal’ periods. Below is a list of herbs that can be used in an effort to bring back the period.
