Papaya Avocado Banana Goodness

Papaya and Banana

The possibilities for drink and smoothie recipe combinations from fruits are many. This one I think you may want to try; it’s delicious, smooth and rich. You can have it at any time of the day, as a meal or snack.

Ingredients:
1 cup Papaya
1 ripe Banana
1/4 Avocado
1 piece Ginger (about half the size of the thumb)
1 cup Water

Direction:

  1. Add the 1 cup of Papaya to blender and blend for 5 seconds.
  2. Add ginger, banana, avocado and water to the blender and blend until smooth.

It will be soft and creamy, especially due to the avocado so you could add more avocado to make it creamier, but be mindful that too much may overpower the taste. To make it sweeter, if you so desire, add 1 teaspoon honey or an additional ripe banana. The more ripe the banana is the more sweetness it adds.

This is a very delicious combination. It can be added to a bowl and be eaten with a spoon, like yogurt or put in a class and be consumed.

This is healthy and nutritious and definitely worth trying. Let me know below how you like it.
