Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of sea moss gel
1 handful blueberries
1 medium/large ripe banana
1/4 cup or more Water
Instructions:
Add all the ingredients to a blender, along with water and blend until smooth. Start with only 1/4 cup of water and add more as needed, depending on how thick you want the pudding to be.
Enjoy it or serve chilled.
Sea moss is a great source of nutrients, high in minerals, a rich source of alkalizing minerals, including calcium and is therefore beneficial to bone health.
