Simple Mullein Tonic (Respiratory Conditions)

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of dried mullein leaves and/or flowers
  • 4 cups of water

Instructions:

  1. Place the dried mullein leaves and/or flowers in a saucepan.
  2. Add the water to the saucepan and bring it to a gentle boil.
  3. Once it reaches a boil, reduce the heat and simmer for about 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Remove the saucepan from the heat and let the mixture cool.
  5. Strain the liquid to remove the mullein leaves and flowers, and transfer it to a glass jar or bottle.
  6. If desired, you can add sweetener or lime juice to enhance the taste.
  7. Store the mullein tonic in the refrigerator and consume within a week.
