This a another healthy, easy recipe. It’s great for helping to move the bowel and not to mention tasty and nutritious!
2 Tbsp Flaxseed
1 Tbsp Chia seed
1 Cup Water
2 Tbsp Frozen Berries or Topping of choice
1. Add bananas and apple in a blender with water and blend
2. Add flaxseed and chia seed to the mixture and blend until smooth
3. Pour in a bowl and decorate according to taste
Serving: 1 person
Note: Add more or less water depending on level of thickness preferred
