Banana Flax Smoothie

This is another smoothie recipe, it’s delicious! You’ll love it – simple, yet tasty.


2 Medium Sized Bananas
1/2 Apple
1 Tablespoon Flaxseed (ground or whole)
1 Cup Water


1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth.
2. Pour in a bowl and add preferred garnish

Note: Add more or less water depending on how thick you want your smoothie.
