Triple Berry Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 cup Strawberries
1/2 cup Raspberries
1/2 cup Blueberries
1 cup Water
1 Burro Banana
Agave syrup, to taste
Instructions:
1) Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender and enjoy!
Toxin Flush Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup Watermelon (seeded), cubed
1 Cucumber
1 Key Lime
Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender. Since watermelon and cucumbers are mostly water, you might not need to add any extra, but do so if you desire.
2. Juice the key lime and add to your smoothie. Enjoy!
Detox Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup Greens (Amaranth, Dandelion, Lettuce or Watercress)
1/2 Avocado
1 cup Soft-jelly Coconut Water
1 Seville Orange
Juice of 1 Key Lime
1 tablespoon Bromide Plus Powder
Instructions:
1. Peel and cut the Seville orange in chunks.
2. Blend all ingredients together in a high-speed blender until smooth.
Detoxifying Smoothie
Ingredients:
2 cups Water
2 Apples, cored
2 cups Amaranth greens
1/4 Avocado
1 Key Lime
Instructions:
1. Blend all ingredients together.

1. Add the water to your blender.
2. Add the fruits and greens.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

1/4 Avocado, pitted
1 oz. Blueberries
1/4 cup cooked Quinoa
1 cup Water
